The X2 Strength Training System is a 2-Stack home gym offering everything: great price, best quality, and the widest variety of exercises of any gym available. The X2 Strength Training System combines traditional features with new age cable stations.

X2 Strength Training Home GymThe cable arms are adjustable to eleven different positions. They rotate on an axis with the starting position just below the seat (arm curls, lateral raises, etc.). They can be rotated upwards to find the correct positions for cable fly's dumbbell (converging) presses, and decline and incline presses. At the top of the semi-circle, the cable handles are positioned perfectly for shoulder presses. These cable arms also provide for a wide range of sports specific exercises (golf, tennis, baseball, etc.) and core training.

EXERCISE STATIONS & FEATURES:

2 WEIGHT STACKS allow for multiple users.

BENCH PRESS STATION with adjustable starting point. Seat and seat back are adjustable. Back pad tilts to ensure full support when performing incline and shoulder presses.

CABLE STATION with adjustable arms, allows for a very wide array of exercises including Sports Specific, Core Training, and exercises that mimic Dumbbell Training.

X2 Strength Training Home Gym - Optional Hip StationAB CRUNCH STATION for abdominal training.

LOW PULLEY STATION with folding foot plate.

HIGH PULLEY STATION for Lat pull Downs, and Triceps Push Downs.

LEG EXTENSION & CURL STATION provides Seated Leg Extension and Standing Leg Curl.

LEG PRESS STATION for full leg development. 2:1 weight ratio provides up to 400 pounds of resistance.

Silver Vein finish is electro-magnetically applied in powder form to evenly coat all surfaces, then baked on at high temperatures for a tough, long lasting finish.

X2 Strength Training Home Gym - Optional Vertical Knee Raise / Dip StationDouble stitched vinyl covering 2" thick, high density foam, contoured for comfortable Lumbar support.

PULLEYS.

4-1/2" diameter, fiberglass impregnated nylon pulleys with sealed ball bearings.

CABLE.

The most flexible nylon coated, 7 x 19 strand aircraft cable rated at over 2000 lbs. tensile strength.

WEIGHT STACK.

200 lbs. in 10 lb. increments. Precision milled steel plates with nylon bushings for smooth action.

WEIGHT STACK ENCLOSURES.

Noise dampening, perforated steel weight stack guards provide safety and beauty.

GUIDE RODS.

Chrome plated 1" diameter tubular steel.

BUSHINGS.

All pivot points rotate on super smooth, longer lasting oil-impregnated steel bushings.
