This new roller system adds a higher level of durability and dependability and
is now standard on all (non-ball bearing) DLX models. This time tested 3 and
4 point pulley system design is the most reliable system available today. This
new design keeps the rope in the pulleys during fast reps.
NEW 11 levels of resistance...

Many home gyms sold today have 8 levels of resistance. We added
three additional levels. The NEW DLX has 11 levels of resistance. We added the
additional levels by increasing the height of the resistance rail. This higher
level of resistance is available with your Advanced Total-Trainer DLX.
Longer Glide Board...
only available with Total-Trainer DLX Series
Our glide board is 4" inches longer than the standard glide board
making it a total of 46" inches in length. The additional length makes its easier
to position yourself on the board. Our glide board is 14" x 46" inches. The longer
board is highly recommended for anyone between 5'9" and 6'7". The longer glide
board is included with your Advanced Total-Trainer DLX.
Leg Cuff Rope Assembly
Working your hips, thighs and buttocks... Testing has shown that
the safest and quickest way to reshape and define your hips, thighs and buttocks
is by concentrating on one muscle group at a time through the utilization of a
single leg cuff. By keying in on specific muscle groups is the quickest way to
get the results you want. The use of a single leg cuff offers more control and
minimizes the risk of doing over extensions that can lead to serious injury. Our
original and proven Leg Cuff Rope Pulley Assembly is the Best! - The leg cuff
rope assembly has been lengthened to allow a fuller range of motion. The longer
leg cuff rope pulley system is included with your Advanced Total-Trainer DLX.
Longer Rails
We have lengthened the rails by 8" inches. The longer rails will
prevent you from bottoming out or being unable to fully extend your arms while
performing your exercise routine. The longer rails are included with your Advanced
Total-Trainer DLX.
Longer Glide Board Rope
We have lengthened the glide board rope by 30" inches making it
a total of 128" inches long. The longer rope allows full extension of the arms
above the glide board without bottoming out. The longer glide board rope is included
with your Advanced Total-Trainer DLX.
Longer sit-up cuff straps
The sit-up cuff strap has been lengthened to accommodate a larger
shoe size.
Maximum user height is 6' 7"
Many home gym users have requested a larger more comfortable
home gym that will accommodate taller users. To address the problem we have
lengthened the glide board by 4 inches and the rails by 8 inches. The longer
glide board is highly recommended for anyone between 5' 9" and 6' 7" inches
in height. The longer glide board is included with your Advanced Total-Trainer
DLX.
Upgraded Cushion... only available from Total Trainer Products
Deluxe Double Stitched Box Cushion. The cushion has been upgraded
with a Top Grade High Density Foam. Unlike other cushions 1 inch to 1.5 inches
thick; our cushion is a full 2 inches thick. Many exercises are performed with
your knees on the cushion. The thicker cushion will help prevent bruising to the
knees. The added comfort that a thicker denser glide board cushion provides is
only available from Total Trainer Products.
Future upgrade capability

Strength Training with your Total-Trainer DLX
Strength training is exercising with resistance. The Total-Trainer
uses your own body weight for resistance. There is no need for numerous heavy
weights. You can adjust the percentage of your body weight that you want to work
with, from 4% to 69%. by moving the incline up or down. This gives you safe and
