Total Trainer Power Pro

The light institutional aluminum monorail design on the Total-Trainer Power Pro will support 500 pounds. The Power Pro has 12 levels of resistance. You can adjust the percentage of your body weight lifted, from 4% to 71%, by moving the incline up or down. Many of the attachments are chrome plated which gives the unit a distinct look.

If larger more defined biceps are your goal, you will enjoy our latest attachment, the Bayou Bicep Power Flex. This attachment can be used with the twin handles system or the bicep curl press bar. With the Total-Trainer, you can obtain the results you want in the privacy of your home.
